On the 45th anniversary of Earth Day, this special dinner in Tybee Wedding Chapel is truly â€œearth to table,â€ as four famous chefs personally present dishes to diners, along with expertly paired wines.
The Art of Pairing (April 23rd)
Five inspired courses and the wines that elevate them take the spotlight for this dinner at Tybee Island Social Club. A knowledgeable sommelier escorts diners through the nuances of each, explaining how the flavors of the dish and glass marry into something magical.
An Evening of Oysters & Wine (April 24th)
Casually elegant, oysters are served six ways, with live music and wine to wash them down, as the sun sets into the sea at Marlin Monroeâ€™s Surfside Grill.
The Grand Wine Tasting (April 25th)
Tybee Light Station is host to the festivalâ€™s main attraction, an oceanfront afternoon of live music, local restaurant samples, a silent auction, and over 100 world wines.
Sunday Champagne Brunch (April 26th)
